T O P I C R E V I E WfeatherlightlyI sat next this person on an airplane at the end of last year. Red-eye flight, both of us quiet introverts and exhausted, but somehow struck up conversation and talked the entire flight. Attraction was immediate and almost unbearable, at least from my end. I gave him my business card after we landed and told him we should get sushi sometime.Seven months passed -- he stayed in my head. Had dreams about him. Various circumstances and bad timing prevented us from getting together every single time we tried. Until this weekend, when we finally managed to meet for dinner. No word if it was a "date" or just friends getting together -- but after five hours of talking and discovering coincidence after uncanny coincidence about our lives, we were outside in the dark, kissing passionately in the pouring rain and nearly starting to undress each other there on the sidewalk. I returned home literally unsure if I was dreaming. We're both stunned at the similarities in our lives and the strange way we met. The physical attraction is intoxicating. I have had it happen before where I meet someone I'm certain I knew in a previous life; this is completely different. I feel like we slammed into each other's lives for a very distinct purpose.Any feedback on whether this has long-term potential, or where the significance we've experienced so far is evident, would be much appreciated. featherlightly featherlightly featherlightlyWe also have some interesting asteroid aspects, including:My Juno conjunct his North Node, exactHis Juno conjunct my South Node, exact(Those are interesting to me, because one of my first thoughts about him was "future husband.")Karma opposition Karma (1 degree)His Amor conjunct my sun (exact) and my Amor (2 degrees)LunaeWell, even if you don't look at the asteroids, I can see the attraction right off the bat. You have a Sun-Moon double whammy. This indicates powerful attraction and a sense of comfort in each other's company. Since it's a sextile, tension will less likely exist between you. There is free-flowing, harmonious energy in your company. You also have a Moon-Mercury double whammy. This would indicate openness in your communication. You both feel that you understand each other in a completely different level than anyone. This might point as to why you feel like you are similar in many ways. You both have Saturn aspecting your luminaries-- although sometimes, it may mean that both of you might have the tendency to be critical to the other, this also adds a sense of stability and reality to your relationship. Saturn aspects aren't always that bad, IMO. Another thing I noticed is your composite. What stood out was that Sun, moon and mercury conjunction + vertex in the 8th, opposed by Venus. That spells MAJOR attraction, deep and intense emotional connection. You may also feel the physical tension between you, something like awakening your carnal passions. You may also get a sense of fatedness from meeting each other. Plus, the ruler of the 5th house of romance is in the 9th house of distant travel. Your moon and your guy's vertex both conjunct your composite mars. Interesting, because you met each other during a plane ride home. I might add more stuff later but in the meanwhile, please tell me what you think! featherlightlyThank you SO much, Lunae! That was spot on! quote:Originally posted by Lunae:Well, even if you don't look at the asteroids, I can see the attraction right off the bat. You have a Sun-Moon double whammy. "You both feel that you understand each other in a completely different level than anyone" -- that sums it up! It's almost disorienting that we're so on the same page about everything; I didn't even have to explain myself around him with things most people think I'm nuts for, because he was one step ahead of me. quote:Another thing I noticed is your composite. Interesting, because you met each other during a plane ride home. Wow, what an interesting observation about the ruler of the 5th in the 9th! I didn't even notice that. And what you wrote about the eighth-house stellium opposite Venus and the awakening of carnal passions... yep. You nailed it.Thank you again -- I really appreciate your comments and you were uncannily accurate with them!asclibrasagsunI just love this story! So cute!Sorry I can't offer any other help lolodessamoonYes, what a story! I logged in just to say, I wish you both the best of luck! Really hope it works out (which it sounds like it well).featherlightlyAww, thanks you guys. LunaeNo problem, feather. Glad to be of help! OrangeSo, what happened after that?lotus_flowerThis a nice story, that's all I got! Sounds like something from a movie!KingofCupsSame as the above. My only concerns with this would be the 12th house placement, but the Mystic Rectangle in the Synastry makes it seem like a binding relationship nonetheless. Best of luck and loved the story
